We pay our clinic-based therapists higher rates, we pay them on time and provide a variety of value-add services to them. We have frequent interaction with them and we are readily available to address their questions. Ultimately, we do more for our providers, treat them better and, in turn, expect more out of them.

During treatment at a clinic, we actively monitor patient files to ensure that care is progressing and utilization is managed. Occasionally and if necessary, our in-house clinicians consult with the treating therapist to improve progress. Ultimately, through diligent file management and provider cooperation we produce superior clinical outcomes.

Just as each injured worker is different, each treatment location has its own benefits. Industry-leading clinical outcomes and returning the injured employee to work are always our top goals. Typically this is achieved with fewer treatment visits than prescribed, whether at the worksite, at home or in a clinic.
