PhysNet is offering therapists and providers the opportunity to access workers' compensation patients in an improved and more efficient way. Our strategy is to partner with fewer, industry-leading providers in any one market. We then invest time and resources to support them, and provide them with the information and tools they need to succeed. We then aim to send them a greater share of referrals. Ultimately, our goal is to deliver superior client service and clinical outcomes to our clients and we recognize that the only way to accomplish that is to become a true, value-adding partner to our providers in the field.

## Outpatient Clinic Network

We are looking for excellent practitioners to treat injured workers at your facilities. We place the referral with you and assist in scheduling appointments, coordination of care, and billing. You approach every injured worker's therapy with a focus on appropriate utilization supported by best in class evidenced based care that leads to fast, safe & efficient return-to-work.

## Independent Therapist/Mobile Therapy Provider

You have the unique ability to redefine an industry and how you access, serve, and help patients. You are your own boss, defining your hours, treating 1-on-1, taking therapy to the patient! You use your own car and basic equipment while employing mostly manual techniques and functional treatment. It is truly customized and concierge care for your patients.
