At OnSite Physio, Adele is responsible for helping to create and execute a national strategy of business development. Adele is hyper-focused on client service and is also shaping some of the company’s operational directives which better align OSP’s various internal departments against our client’s needs. For Adele, there is no such thing as a “client problem,” only a “client solution which OnSite Physio can provide.”
Adele comes to OSP with more than 20 years of experience in workers’ compensation. She’s been a business owner as well as having worked for the Jacksonville Heart Center, Medical Services Company, Therapy Direct, and most recently at SMS National/Southeast Medical Services. These experiences have given her a well-rounded view of and expertise in the workers’ comp industry.
Adele joined OSP because she’s excited by the company’s innovative approach to workers’ comp cost containment. She’s seen first-hand the challenges employers face in reducing claims and expenses. She’s thrilled about OSP’s end-to-end solution for reducing workcomp events, from POETs to injury prevention to onsite physical therapy.
Bursting with energy, Adele is known in the office as an eager contributor to meetings, someone who takes time out of her busy day to help mentor a colleague, and the person most-likely to show up on your doorstep with soup when you’re sick. Wherever she goes, she brings a lively can-do attitude and a total commitment to her job and co-workers. Somewhere along her colorful life, Adele also earned a BS in marketing from the University of Phoenix.
When she’s not at OSP helping introduce employers to OSP’s services and capabilities, Adele enjoys spending time with her two beautiful daughters, whom she adores. She loves to sing — you can often hear her singing along with the Top 40, or crooning with Patsy Cline. Performances are always free of charge.
