Introducing PT-TRIAGE

PhysNet is able to treat injured workers at their workplace, their home or in the traditional clinic setting. We triage referrals real-time according to multiple factors evaluated at intake to place the injured worker for care in the location which makes the most sense and is predicted to produce the best clinical outcome. Treatment at work or at home is done by a mobile therapist and is 1-on-1. Treatment in the clinic is done via a narrow network of clinics. We closely coordinate care throughout the life of the case to deliver industry-leading outcomes metrics.
