Lynnette has more than 17 years’ progressive experience in the workers compensation space. She currently holds all lines adjuster licenses in Florida and Texas. Her polite positive persistent nature, her “can do” attitude and knowledge and skills with regard to workers’ compensation, expertise in relationship building, ancillary medical services’ recruitment, payor and provider relations, contract negotiations, provider credentialing, customer service, operational work flows, management and supervision come in handy.

History

Having been a player in all three rings of the workers compensation circus (Insurance company/TPA adjuster, ancillary medical provide recruiter/provider relations and medical services provider payer relations/marketing) provides her with a unique well rounded insight and perspective. You may know her or of her from one of her prior positions: director of provider services at Priority Care Solutions (a national workers’ compensation ancillary medical services provider), senior network development executive with Network Synergy Group, manager/supervisor central intake at Select Physical Therapy (Central FL division), nationaldirector network development at TechHealth, and adjuster with Chubb and Chubb Services.

In her spare time Lynnette enjoys reading, walking, boating, beaching, laughing, traveling, lounging, spending time with family and friends and weight lifting. Her personal philosophy is “live simply, love generously, care deeply, speak kindly, never pass an opportunity for a funny.”
