We provide end-to-end claims management. From your initial referral until the claim is closed, our dedicated team of service representatives is on the job on your behalf.

We stay in touch. Typical therapy providers communicate only with their patient. At OnSite Physio, we emphasize ongoing communication among everyone involved in the claim – the injured worker, case manager, TPA, adjustor, and you. Our process is thorough, taking a lot of work off your hands, such as:

• We schedule therapy appointments and coordinate injured worker care. We guarantee an initial appointment is set within 48 hours of your referral. Most appointments are scheduled in less than 24 hours.
• We monitor treatment plan compliance and keep all parties informed.
• Our therapists make progress notes after every session. You, and others who need the information, receive patient progress reports via email every six visits or two weeks (or on a different schedule, if needed). You never wonder when to expect employees back to work full-time, or if they are fit for light duty.
• In addition to regular updates, you receive quarterly reports on outcomes and cost savings. And we’re always one phone call away, whenever you have questions or need help, no matter how many workers or job sites in your inquiry.
