Our ongoing communication keeps you up-to-date about individual claims as well as your overall workers’ comp “big picture.” ### How do we do that? ## Efficient Service We have highly-trained, certified physical and occupational therapists placed throughout the U.S. who specialize in treating work-related injuries. They are available to provide immediate treatment, regardless of where your worker’s job site is located. They bring all equipment or treatment aids they need. They treat your worker efficiently and leave. Your worker is away from from their work for only the time it takes to treat them — typically 60 minutes. If **on-site rehab is not yet medically possible**, **our therapist can treat** your injured worker at home or a **convenient outpatient **clinic under our care. The** one-on-one relationship** between our therapist and your worker never varies, and OnSite Physio still manages and completes the claim. We maintain strict internal quality control. You can count on a consistent process and consistent results, no matter where your injured workers are located, or which of our therapists treats them. Our therapists are first-rate, fully accredited, and licensed. In addition, we make constant improvements thanks to our clients’ survey input and feedback. From your initial referral until the claim is closed, our dedicated team of service representatives is on the job on your behalf. We stay in touch. Our process is thorough, taking a lot of work off your hands, such as: - We schedule therapy appointments and coordinate injured worker care. We guarantee an initial appointment is set within 48 hours of your referral. Most appointments are scheduled in less than 24 hours. - We monitor treatment plan compliance and keep all parties informed. - Our therapists make progress notes after every session. You, and others who need the information, receive patient progress reports via email every six visits or two weeks (or on a different schedule, if needed).
