Become an OnSite Therapist

OnSite Physio is a national rehabilitation services company specializing in the treatment of injured workers at their job.  OnSite Physio delivers contemporary functional rehabilitation and innovative care for public and private organizations throughout the United States.

OnSite Physio is seeking contract/PRN Physical and Occupational therapists to treat patients within our unique niche:

  1. Outpatient therapy provided on the job site, as requested by the employer.
  2. Outpatient therapy provided in the home, as requested by the employer.
  3. Ergonomic Evaluations, Job Demands Analyses, Preventative services performed on the job site, as requested by the employer.

Responsibilities of an OnSite Physio Physical or Occupational therapist include:

  • Travel to the injured worker (typically no more than 10-15 miles).
  • Provide One-on-One Treatment sessions.
  • Treat of a wide variety of injuries with emphasis on regaining functional range of motion and strength specific to that patient’s job
  • Create and implement of plan of care that emphasizes return to work.
  • Documentation of evaluations progress reports and discharge summaries.
  • Timely submission of all OnSite Physio patient encounter documentation.
  • Communication with OnSite Physio regarding the injured workers condition and progress.
  • Discharge injured worker from care when appropriate.

Expectations for a solid partnership

All OnSite Physio Physical and Occupational Therapist partners are credentialed, licensed, and insured.  Upon onboarding with OnSite Physio, you may be expected to provide documentation including but not limited to:

  • Current verifiable license
  • Current medical professional liability insurance coverage
  • Pass background check
  • W9
  • Recent physical with TB clearance (within past 18 months)
  • CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation
  • Auto insurance if applicable

 

OSP provides direct therapy through licensed, qualified professional therapists.
